- My Training: Here you will find learning modules that have been assigned as mandatory learning competencies and targeted training. Mandatory competencies are a requirement of all staff to meet the legislative and competency components of their positions. Competencies are assigned in accordance with staff roles. You can check which mandatory competencies you need to complete in your RCG site's Competency Framework available to download via PROMPT.
